Objective: A 6 month long engagement initiative spanning 3000+ employees across the Asia-Pacific region with the intent of building cross-cultural relationships & collaboration through a sustained campaign.
Objective: With the Pandemic period extending, the energy and engagement of employees working from home became a concern. So did their health and wellness. The challenge laid out to us was: How do we engage employees working from home and inspire them towards fitness?
Objective: With the Pandemic still active, new Associates had to be onboarded virtually – while they continued to work from home. The virtual onboarding, delivered through an app, was built on an engaging storyline centered around travel.
Objective: Internship is a way for both the candidates and the organization to understand each other better. It can be challenging for candidates because for most of them, it is a first-time experience in a corporate environment.
