Growing up in pluralistic India, Smita gained a profound understanding of tolerance and the value of accepting differences. This ignited her passion for navigating unconscious bias and took her career trajectory to consult on combating its impacts on all aspects of leadership development.

With over 25 years of experience in corporate, regional, and international settings, Smita specializes in fostering a coaching culture within organizations and transforming training and development companies.

She expanded her expertise in the field of unconscious biases as an associate lecturer at the University of Arts, London. Her unique blend of UK and Indian experience equips her with a deep understanding of cultural diversity and the ability to build strong business relationships.
