Dyti has been working across various domains of Human Resources – Talent Management, Change Management, Leadership Development and Behavioral Skills Development. Dyti helped to set up the Diversity & Inclusion processes at a major Indian conglomerate.
Dyti is a certified Firo-B practitioner and holds a specialization in “Foundations of Positive Psychology” from the University of Pennsylvania. She is an expert in the areas of Learning Experience Design, Mobile Microlearning, Competency based development and Assessment Design.
Dyti loves to read classic fiction and magical realism. While not at work, she spends time with her dog and her baby girl, or explores the world with her equal half.
She loves to share personal anecdotes of her travels and experiences through her writing. Her favourite quote is by Rumi: “Live where you fear to live.”

Rakesh Balachandran

Rakesh brings in close to 2 decades of rich experience across Corporate sales and marketing, Product management, Business development and Facilitation. His last stint before changing gears as an entrepreneur was as the Country Product Manager for Hewlett Packard India.
Rakesh holds a graduate degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and a Post Graduate Degree in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He is accredited in administering profiling tools like the MBTI, FIRO-B and is also certified in the LSP methodology. Arun Rao is one of the co-founders of FocusU Engage. A restless soul, always looking over the horizon, he is passionate about a vast canvas of topics ranging from building high-performance teams, leadership, innovation, marketing, copywriting, workshop facilitation and Phantom comics.
When he is not immersed in any of these passions, Arun spends most of his time reading, catching up with a close set of friends over beer, and sometimes binging on Netflix.

Dr. Pavan Soni

Dr. Pavan Soni is an Innovation Evangelist by profession and a teacher by passion. He is the founder of Inflexion Point, offering programs on Design Thinking, Strategic Acumen, and Consulting Skills.
He is the author of the book, Design Your Thinking, published by Penguin Random House in 2020. The book was one of the five books shortlisted for the ‘2021 BBLF CK Prahalad Best Business Book Award’. In 18 months of its release, the book has become a National Best Seller.
Besides being an Adjunct Faculty at ISB Hyderabad and IIM Bangalore, Dr. Soni is a columnist at Mint, YourStory, Inc42, Entrepreneur and People Matters. He authors a monthly newsletter, Inflexion Point, which has been in circulation since 2008 and reaches over 20,000 enthusiasts worldwide.
Dr. Soni was the only Indian to be shortlisted for the prestigious ‘FT & McKinsey Bracken Bower Award for the Best Business Book of the Year 2016’. He has been invited five times to speak at the TEDx, and is featured as one of the ‘100 Digital Influencers of 2020’ by YourStory.
Dr. Soni is a Gold Medalist from MBM Engineering College Jodhpur and did his PGDIE from NITIE Mumbai. He finished his Doctoral Studies at IIM Bangalore in the domain of innovation management. He is passionate about fitness, spirituality, guitar, chess, reading and writing.
