  • The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshop is a half- or full-day immersive experience, tailored to the complexity of the challenge the team is trying to solve.
  • The session begins with a quick, hands-on warm-up where participants are introduced to the core principles of the method and learn the basics of the LSP process. This helps level the playing field and sets the tone for open, creative engagement.
  • Participants are then guided into a deeper exploration of the central challenge, using an expanded palette of LEGO® bricks. These varied elements allow for more nuanced, metaphor-rich models that help surface hidden insights, individual perspectives, and shared understanding.
