People living in the 20th century know so much about their ancestors and past events. How are we able to visualize someone else’s life events? How are we able to connect with characters that we haven’t physically met? As any music band out there on the internet today, our band was quite excited when we took the step of working towards putting out a full fledged album. We had couple of original compositions but did not quite know where to start. But, we decided to own the entire process and thus began the long and eye-opening process of backend production.
As Patrice Lencioni mentions in his book 5 dysfunctional of the team, the absence of trust is one of the biggest drawbacks experienced by a team. This becomes even more relevant and important in the virtual context, with everyone working remotely with limited interactions. 4th September is a special day for me and I still remember that day because it was the first day at my first job.
