WHAT MADE YOU DECIDE TO CHOOSE FOCUSU?

One of the deciding factors was my interactions with the leaders. i felt a genuineness about them and noted that they have also gone of out of the conventional path to follow their interests and passion which is what i was also doing. Hence i felt a pull to choose FocusU.

HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE THE FOCUSU CULTURE?
Caring, honest, hugs, openness to call a spade a spade, passion, psychologically safe, growing, flexible, crazyiness!

WHAT HAS SURPRISED YOU THE MOST ABOUT BEING HERE?
Culture – FOCUSU Culture is different from anything I have experienced so far. Different because i see the leaders as well as most employees walking the talk. everybody knows the values (CHOPS) that the organisation stands for in a happy way and demonstrate that naturally as a way of work and life. I have felt (psychologically) safe and connected to everyone I interacted with here from day 1.
