Know Your Facilitator
Prakash Iyer is an independent business advisor with 30+ years of building businesses and advising leaders in the corporate world. He has conducted over 100 presentations as a motivational and keynote speaker, on Leadership, Storytelling, Winning, Team Building and Entrepreneurship, in 6 different countries.
His last role in the corporate world was as the Managing Director of Kimberly-Clark Lever – a 50:50 JV between Kimberly-Clark Corporation and Unilever. Prior to that, he had held many prestigious positions, including Managing Director and CEO of Infomedia India Limited and Executive Director at PepsiCo. He has served as a Director on the board of Xerox India Limited and an advisor to a billion-dollar PE fund named Multiples. He also worked with the Mumbai Indians for their 2015 title-winning campaign.
Iyer completed his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. He is a CFI-certified leadership coach. His career has largely focused on building high-performance teams by combining his strategic and execution skills with excellent people management capabilities. He has coached CEOs, advised leadership teams and conducted workshops with large teams in India and abroad.
He has authored three books, ‘How Come No One Told Me That?: Life Lessons, Practical Advice and Timeless Wisdom for Success’, ‘The Habit of Winning’, ‘The Secret of Leadership’ and ‘You Too Can’. In addition, he writes a fortnightly column on leadership for PI Talkies.
