Sophia David has built an international reputation as an advocate for gender equality, inclusion, and diversity. She has represented India as a UN speaker at the International Conference for Gender Equality. She directs a lot of her attention towards issues related to women and LGBTQ+ communities. Sophia is also a TED speaker.

In a career spanning over 19 years, Sophia has worked as a facilitator, consultant, and leadership coach. She has worked with General Electric (GE), Salesforce, WeWork, Dell, Microsoft, American Express, Lufthansa, and many other organizations in the Aerospace, Retail, Customer Care, Engineering, Pharmaceuticals, Banking, Publishing, and Management consulting sectors.

She currently works with one of the top four global consulting firms in the field of organizational development. She leads a talent group that monitors learning in behavior, communication, and leadership. As part of various diversity and inclusion panels and councils, she has been instrumental in driving policy changes that benefit people from various walks of life.

Sophia’s work is aimed at building awareness and sensitizing people to issues related to diversity and inclusion in the workplace. She is also renowned for her pro bono work connected with talking to and guiding leaders in multinational companies, universities, and government agencies. Her experience and personality empower her to easily engage with people from different cultures, backgrounds, and life experiences.

Her other interests include theater, voice acting on the radio and television, reading poetry and fiction, and watching international films.
