FocusU, in association with Knolscape, brings The Coaching Simulation, which is designed to help managers learn the essentials of coaching, motivate their teams, and master the nuances of dealing with the emotions of team members.
It puts participants in the role of a Sales Manager responsible for coaching the team to improve performance and meet revenue targets. The manager learns to leverage the GROW methodology for conversations with his team members.
By enabling participants to experience and work through such challenges which are as close to real life as possible, the simulation analytics and debrief sessions (optional) by the facilitators help participants in deriving great insight into the skill of coaching.
