Abbott India partnered with FocusU to engage its 2,800-member sales team in a large-scale, two-day event called the “Shikhar Challenge,” symbolizing growth. The challenge, facilitated in seven locations across NCR, aimed to unify Abbott’s multiple business units on Day 1 by having teams build 4-foot self-standing pyramids from custom-designed cardboard kits. Each group then joined forces to construct a massive 10-foot pyramid, symbolizing teamwork and the “Shikhar” theme.

On Day 2, all participants gathered at a central location for a Republic Day-style parade, showcasing their giant pyramid creations. For the finale, business leaders assembled a 12-foot pyramid using pieces from each location, underscoring the importance of alignment and collaboration. The event concluded with the reveal of the Shikhar logo projected onto the pyramid, reinforcing Abbott’s vision of collective growth.

This initiative was praised for its symbolic and engaging design, which fostered a sense of unity and purpose among the diverse teams. The Shikhar Challenge successfully highlighted collaboration and alignment, leaving a memorable impact on Abbott’s workforce​.
