Rohit brings with him 14yrs of corporate work experience in the fields of sales, business development and team management. He has worked in blue-chip companies like HCL Infosystems, TCS & Unilever.
Before joining FOCUS, Rohit was leading the North-Eastern region team at HUL for the Detergents business. He holds an MBA (Marketing) degree from NMIMS Mumbai besides having graduated in Production Engineering.
He is accredited in administering the Myer Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) as well as Emergenetics psychometric profiling tools. He is avidly pursuing higher studies in psychoanalytic-based tools like Transactional Analysis. Rohit loves to facilitate the path-breaking Lego Serious Play methodology-based workshops.
He has run extremely engaging and energetic workshops on team-building and leadership for clients from the Pharma, FMCG, Telecom and Services industries.
He firmly believes in “living in the moment” –an adventure enthusiast, he loves exploring the unknown, both within & without –he is a certified Pranic healer as well as a qualified Scuba-Diver.
In his spare time, you would find Rohit actively engaged in learning influencing and negotiation skills from his two children.
