We would need to get a large enough conference room without any tables. A good thumb rule is that if the conference room can seat all participants in cluster style with a bit of extra space left after that, that’s good enough for running the activity. We prefer to recommend the activity if your venue has a good amount of outdoor space and some scenery so that the movies can be rich in scenery as well.
The entire logistics of the activity is taken care of by our team. These include arranging of relevant props, cameras etc. that are needed in the activity.
We recommend to budget a total of 150 - 180 minutes for this entire activity.
