We recommend to budget between 2-2.5 hours for the movie creation phase. For the editing phase, each team would spend approx 45 minutes with our editors, only one member from each team though is needed. The other team members need not participate during this time. So we usually plan the editing during break times, so that we do not disrupt the flow of the program.
Of course, that is a common concern. But rest assured, we have done this activity with teams of various ages and seniority and all of them have thoroughly enjoyed the activity. Many organizers have been pleasantly surprised by the creativity shown by their teams during the activity.
The entire logistics of the activity is taken care of by our team. These include arranging of relevant props, cameras etc. that are needed in the activity.
We would need to get a large enough conference room without any tables. A good thumb rule is that if the conference room can seat all participants in cluster style with a bit of extra space left after that, that’s good enough for running the activity. We prefer to recommend the activity if your venue has a good amount of outdoor space and some scenery so that the movies can be rich in scenery as well.
