We will need a conference room large enough to seat all the participants in a cluster style arrangement.
You will have to arrange the props required for this activity, which include a tablet, printer and an app for editing. You can find a list of materials required for this activity in the one-pager and ‘How To Run?’ documents for this activity.
It depends on the number of participants. Typically, for groups beyond 100, you can divide the participants into multiple clusters. So, you will have two clusters for about 200 participants, with 100 people each. It will include a team of 4-5 people (two clusters handled by two lead facilitators and 2-3 co-facilitators to assist them).
