Ashwan works as a Facilitator with us.

He holds a diploma in Hospitality Studies from the Association of Business Executives (London) and carries 20+ years’ experience navigating into an industry where personalized service and standards of quality are core elements.

Always on the look-out to roll his sleeves up for something new and exciting, he then decided to bring his expertise to a new generation by coaching students of the Hotel School of Mauritius and later on had the opportunity to help conduct a social integration program via a literacy project for adults. A human adventure which provided him with fresh insight into people’s willingness and potential to learn and become a better version of themselves.

A people person adept at building trust and rapport quickly with internal and external stakeholders, Ashwan understands that change comes cyclically for every business and that adaptability to a new environment and methods is what ensures its sustainability. He, himself continually seeks to learn, grow and believes that the starting point of every individual’s journey should be humility. His time revolves around family, friends, walks in nature and spiritual practice.
