Alok brings to FOCUS over 14 years of experience in Facilitation, Business Development, Product Promotion, Team Handling and Compering. He started his career as a Professional Anchor and an amateur poet with couple of Fashion Events and a Music Show on National Television. He is a firm believer that it’s “the Spark” & “the Spirit” in you that is most important to drive your future!! A die-hard optimist, Alok’s infectious smile and engaging facilitation skills have helped him be a much sought after Facilitator.
Alok has facilitated workshops for leading corporates in India and across Asia. Some leading organizations he has done work for include Alstom, Vodafone, PayPal, Unilever, Audi, and Mercedes amongst others. He has also facilitated a team intervention for Standard Chartered as part of the Mumbai Marathon, helping them enter the Limca Book of Records in 2013 through a team activity!
Alok carries excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with proven abilities in team management and planning. He is a graduate in computer science from Delhi and began his corporate career with Wipro BPO in Technical Support. Since then there has been no looking back. He has been a part of leading organizations like American Express, Trifin Information Technology and Progressive InfoTech after that. In his last stint before joining FOCUS, he was Regional Sales Manager with Progressive InfoTech.
Alok is also a sought after speaker on Team effectiveness and innovation and has been invited to be a guest speaker at some of the premium institutes like IIT Guwahati.
