What a great journey it has been with FocusU! Attentive to our needs and context, Uma was instrumental to co-creating a programme that served to create awareness, commitment and desire in our participants. We wanted a training that was experiential and engaging and FocusU delivered to our expectations. Despite the numerous challenges, the team has been very accommodating and flexible to adapt to COVID-related constraints, granting our participants with a memorable day, where fun and learning occurred concurrently. Looking forward to further collaboration with the FocusU team.

We had a warm welcome from FocusU. The team is dynamic, professional and caring. We spent a great time with our colleagues. We had fun and learned much from each other. We had set objectives which were met at the end of the day.

FocusU was approached to help the cane cluster of the Terra group to celebrate the International Women’s Day 2021. This year theme “Choose to challenge” fitted perfectly what we wanted i.e. to celebrate women’s contribution within the agricultural sector while challenging status quo and predefined concepts/misconcepts around the role of women in this particular. The activities proposed by FocusU were clearly some breaths of fresh air and were innovative and fun enough to strengthen the role of each ladies within our cluster. I now look forward to strengthen the work relationship with FocusU.

We delegated the important task of organising our end of 2020 year party to FocusU, and it was a pleasure, all throughout the process.
FocusU team was always available for us before, during and after the event. They suggested and executed a super plan, and on the day itself was fully present and not only passed on amazing energy to everyone, but also made sure all day long that everything and everyone is doing great.
We were also delighted by the surprises they prepared for us, much appreciated!
This day is definitely one to remember and we are so grateful to FocusU for that. Keep up the good work!

The session has exceeded my expectations. The session was fun and informative in an animated way. Leading change are not the fundamentals of changing people, but of changing the context and the culture. By providing insights into and really understanding the systems and culture of our work environment, the session taught me that we must adapt to change…we must change our way of thinking and doing in difficult situations. I would like to thank the FocusU team for the amazing job.!

We had the pleasure of having the FocusU team intervene for a webinar for the leadership population of our Group. The forte of FocusU really IS experiential learning: the activity that they guided us through on Zoom was fun, very interactive, challenging and thought-provoking at the same time. What characterizes FocusU and Uma for us is commitment, flexibility & passion. We had a fruitful and pleasant collaboration.

The short but memorable session was enjoyable, informative and rewarding in all points of view especially with a congenial & professional falicitator.

Uma Desai and the team at FocusU Mauritius took an amazing care of us throughout the whole day. They made it into the greatest Team Building that all of us have ever experienced. Such a well organised and well communicated team building.

Excellent. The energy of your team was very contagious. My team is usually not quick in participating and I was therefore amazed to see them go along with it so effortlessly!
The key to good events often lies in the little details. From the choice of music to the colorful props, one could see that the event had been thought through up till the last detail. Bravo!
Improvements : Nothing comes to mind at this point.

We all enjoyed the experiential learning cycle through the 2 activities. You made a very good choice among all your menu. We managed to cover all our values in such a short period of time, amazing! The pace of the afternoon was really good and we all felt the energy moving up minute after minute. I’m sure the Numbers punch and Dominoes challenge will have a long term effect in our Team.
We will highly recommend Focus U to our guests and hope to have the pleasure to welcome you very soon at our hotel. Thank you again very much from all of us.

Siebel team had a great moment during the team building session held by Focus U. A big Thank U to Uma and Ruella. You were great.The seasion was much needed to energize and refocus everyone to the challenges we face as a team in an ever competitive market. I am sure that we have taken a good GRIP of the goals that awaits us and as a team we advance faster to achieve them.
