We did a team building program for our global team. We really could see a huge shift from the first day when people were hardly interacting with each other and post the program, we could see that members from all nationalities were comfortably interacting with each other and really did bond well.

We have done similar exercises in past so I can honestly tell you that our experience with FocusU has been among the best. The team were very accommodating during discussions. Our requested changes were honored with minimum discomfort. The activities were engaging and crisp; and the entire team was super pumped after each one. I had heard rave reviews about FocusU from my colleagues and I reached out to them for a building activity for our year-end party. We had a virtual team event with approx 80 members for 90 mins. Every member was kept engaged with the initial ice-breaker games followed by the actual game. All our team members enjoyed it a lot and were thrilled while solving the hunt. I strongly recommend FocusU team for such virtual company team events. FocusU was able to successfully generate high levels of enthusiasm & energy during the training program on Innovative Thinking & Collaboration. This demonstrates their professional approach, ability to correlate industry best practices and expertize in experiential learning programs. The participants could relate the learnings to their functions and take away practically executable action plans.

The intervention that FocusU designed was brilliantly relevant for our management offsite. It was flawlessly executed. I am writing this as an extremely satisfied and delighted customer. Ours is a very young team. Many of our team members joined us directly from campus over the last five years. We also have a multi-disciplinary engineering team. Our challenge was to get the entire team working together as one, demonstrating a high degree of ownership. For this, we needed a program that was highly engaging and fun.

The item that took this class from a social learning experience to tangible training was the quantitative tools that were presented. These will allow me to focus my decisions in a manner that is justifiable and defensible. Any decision maker that might be called on the carpet needs this training to defend themselves and their decisions in a quantifiable manner.

This holistic approach offers a new decision-making framework that managers in a variety of enterprises, cultures, and countries are using to help ensure that the decisions they take are economically, socially, and environmentally sound. FocusU has always made learning interesting. Topics are converted into activities and the learning from the activities are then discussed - which makes us relate to it in real time. The best part is there is no PPT and the team is always takes inputs for discussion. A facilitator is definitely more knowledgeable than the people who attend the training. I commend the work put in by your team. We had originally planned to try a technology-based team challenge but eventually went with their recommendation of the Dominos Challenge. We had so much fun, while experiencing learnings from each other and the activity itself. The way the insights were tied in together was truly splendid. I would like to congratulate and thank you for helping PVMI with such an engaging and fun session for the summer interns as part of their Induction. You already had various options for the session in mind when we were planning for the induction in our office. But when Covid19 situation led to the lockdown, you were able to quickly suggest other options, which could be done in a virtual manner. It was wonderful working with the team who were ready with the entire flow of the program from Day 1 and were able to execute it exactly how we had planned the sessions to be. The session held true to what we at PVMI stand for – Fun, Connecting and Enriching. Even in a virtual session they were able to maintain the mood as we have got used to during FocusU physical sessions. Last but not least, I would like to thank them also for helping us with such a beautiful video and posters of the interns. They were always available to help us make the video and the posters look perfect. The entire management of PVMI was really appreciative of what we had to show at the end of the session. Learning by doing” is the most efficient tool to improve the process and give opportunity to think out of box!!!!!! In 2 days session, I have learnt huge amounts of approaching the different ways of thinking and have enjoyed every single one of your session. I’d like to say what a complete “eye-opener” day had been for me. It truly was brilliant, I enjoyed every minute. It was exactly what I needed in the run up to such a huge personal & career development and I have walked away with the confidence and the determination to get on. Objectives were clearly stated from the start. I gained a greater knowledge of thinking on different ways and ideas. There are too many good points and case studies which gives a nice flavour to the workshop. The course was very relevant to my job and will help me in most aspects of my work as well as life. The workshop was very enjoyable and worthwhile from both a professional and personal perspective. The facilitator gave the learning messages across by breaking everything down into simplified sections as it was very informative and practical. It will also help bring about profound change in the way we interact / deal with our process or people. The knowledge imparted by the facilitator was immense, intensive and inspiring. The methodology used was unique. The sessions brought about innovation and creativity in the way we do things and the way we want to do things, in other words “Sharpening our Axe”. From start to finish, the standard of venue and food was excellent, facilitator lead an innovative and inspiring session to the group, keeping us busy all day to pack in as much as possible. By covering many aspects, including interactive activities, sharing personal experiences with each other really helped to cement our knowledge on the day. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to enhance my skills in such a vibrant learning environment. Now it’s time to put it all into practice. The participants had many questions that you answered with patience. We would be more than happy to have another session in the future with you. As a People’s company, everyone knows and understands the concept of Growth Mindset & Accountability, however the kind of activities and experiential learning programmed by FocusU added an element of excitement and gave us enough room to think and play around it. Great effort was put into make the overall session very logical coupled with the de-briefs after summing up each activity.

What started as a Google Search looking for vendors conducting team building activities, ended up in a highly fruitful and insightful relationship with FocusU. An amazing overall experience, which was like peeling layers of leadership psychology to discover self and understand others in the team. I would like to thank FocusU for organizing the team building which turned out to be a great fun-filled learning exercise for the entire team. All the activities planned through the day ensured maximum interaction amongst all participants. We could feel the difference in the attitude of team members right away, we went in as 3 different teams and by the end of the day it was 1 big team.

What started as a search for a training vendor on Google has come a long way with several identified FocusU interventions over the years. In each intervention, we have achieved our stated objectives of Learning & Development - like Team building, Collaboration, Decision making in uncertainty, Drive for results, Shared vision etc. among a very diverse group of people.

FocusU has always delivered to the objective set out with perfection. They always bring new ideas and exercises to help deliver the message and achieve the objective. Lego Serious Play is an extremely powerful tool which we have used for team visioning sessions. The entire exercise is engaging and helps bring out various aspects of discussion on the table in a non-threatening way.

When I first saw your huge clientele that included companies like Adobe, Deustche Bank and E&Y, I wondered - do large companies keep coming back since you're the best at what you do, or have you turned out to be the best at what you do because large companies keep coming back? That list will grow bigger as FocusU has certainly exceeded all expectation at our recent team building event.

The concepts discussed in the workshop helped our participants to collaborate better with their cross-functional team members. Your openness & promptness in working on feedback shared with you is commendable. The change made in getting the participants to come up with their own case study and getting them to use it during the workshop has been a wonderful value addition.

A fantastic experience. The way, it went was amazing and I was able to correlate many things on what I am doing right and also I was able to re-align on what I should be doing to stay in line with 'reality' :). In fact, I have already suggested to many others to make this training as a “must attend” training irrespective of their title group. Whether it was the trainer or the content I am not really sure. But I would say, I thoroughly enjoyed it and liked it - without any second thoughts! Great job done by the FocusU Facilitators – I would be eager to attend few more sessions if done by them on similar or other interesting training topics.

The Leadership workshop helped all of us to take a step back and analyse ourselves on the kind of leadership traits we have and that we don’t have. How we could all become better leaders and help others grow along with us.

FocusU was a simple Google search for me. Having said that, there were other training firms whose details also showed up. But right from the time that I established my first contact with them, there has not been an instance where I had to follow up with their team. Extremely proactive, understand their clients needs and the best part - they customize the training requirements really well!

Thank you for an excellent senior management intervention (AGM – AVP level) using the Leadership Challenge construct. The program aimed to develop leaders embodying our brand. The intervention included conducting a diagnostic and designing the workshop to suit the need of the target audience, which FocusU did impeccably.

The last gathering of From Spark to Sparkling Reality – was a soul stirring experience for the participants. You truly uplifted the spirit of participants, and they were very energetic, enthusiastic and positively charged with a new perspective while leaving the venue.

FocusU facilitated a 2 day 'Stepping into Coaching ' workshop for a group of senior leaders from CGI. Their session was engaging and gave us insights on improving the effectiveness of our leadership. They ensured that the program was interactive enabling easy flow of thoughts and perspectives through out the program. I would recommend this program to anybody looking at growing as a coach leader.

The whole process of pre-planning, material delivery, organizing instructions, venue visit etc, was done seamlessly. As observers,it was amazing to see the energy rising with each activity and continued so till closure. The event was very will timed, the debriefs were very specific and applicable to work life, the execution team was very professional, yet engaged with our employees very well.

Thank you for the teambuilding and leadership sessions. We commend your ability and skills in understanding our needs and facilitating learning through fun and experiential activities. The exercises gave us with an opportunity to reflect and assess our performance; and to think about our strengths and weakness in working as an individual and most importantly, as team members towards a common goal.

I appreciate that the “Leading for Success” training program was more experiential than theory. The best part is, we were all asked to perform multiple activities and concepts were explained by observing us during the course of the activity. So there was no boring class room kind of lecture and the learning was from your own action. My special thanks to FocusU for an interactive session.

I appreciate the time management, level of expertise & knowledge of FocusU's facilitators. Most importantly, which I found was definitely your differentiator - the course design and debriefing.
