Knowing Me, Knowing You

About “Knowing Me, Knowing You”
Most misunderstandings and conflicts in teams happen because very often we
don’t understand each other well enough. As humans, most of us suffer from what
is called the “fundamental attribution error” – a cognitive bias to assume that
a person’s actions depend on what “kind” of person that person is rather than on
the social and environmental forces that influence the person.
So the better we know a person, chances are – the better our interpersonal
relationships are. How can we get over this and know each other better – in a
fun, engaging manner? This workshop is the key!
