We have done similar exercises in past so I can honestly tell you that our experience with FocusU has been among the best. The team were very accommodating during discussions. Our requested changes were honored with minimum discomfort. The activities were engaging and crisp; and the entire team was super pumped after each one. The trainers did a fabulous job of keeping the group together.

When employees arrived an hour late, for our year-end session, energy and spirit was extremely low. I was very worried about everyone having a good time whilst also achieving the objectives of communication, trust and teamwork. However, all my concerns were put to rest with the high level of energizers conducted by Focus facilitator, which got everyone moving and interacting.

I just wanted to thank the FocusU team for designing the team building event and executing it so well. The activities were well-planned and executed very well for the time slot we had in hand. The event resulted in high energy among team members and created good team spirit at the end. We look forward to associate with your team again in future!

I commend the work put in by your team. We had originally planned to try a technology-based team challenge but eventually went with their recommendation of the Dominos Challenge. We had so much fun, while experiencing learnings from each other and the activity itself. The way the insights were tied in together was truly splendid. A great team building session with so many moments of wow!
