have the scars of many such struggles imprinted deep in their minds. And yet, as
we all know, the path to our future is determined by our daily habits!
Thanks to the power of technology, gamification, and the concept of nudges,
today it is possible to nudge people towards behaviors that are in their own
self-interest.
Welcome to The 21-Day Challenge, a gamified experience that delivers interesting
and fun health and wellness challenges each day to employees on their own cell
phones. These challenges are spread over a period of 21 days, which gives
employees just enough time to choose a wellness routine that they like and
develop it as a habit that they would like to keep even after the intervention.

In all experiential activities, the teams participating don’t necessarily have to succeed for the learning outcomes to be achieved. Having said that, 80% of teams doing this activity succeed in varying degrees.
Since this is a virtual experience, we only expect participants to have a stable internet connection and a mobile phone/tablet/PC device available with them.
Yes. We break the cohort into smaller teams of 6-8 participants to ensure thorough engagement.
