These challenges are spread over a period of 21 days, which gives employees just enough time to choose a wellness routine that they like and develop it as a habit that they would like to keep even after the intervention.

In all experiential activities, the teams participating don’t necessarily have to succeed for the learning outcomes to be achieved. Having said that, 80% of teams doing this activity succeed in varying degrees.

Since this is a virtual experience, we only expect participants to have a stable internet connection and a mobile phone/tablet/PC device available with them.
