The Laughter Yoga session was wonderful. It was intriguing and exciting. The agenda was to make everyone feel at ease and completely keen to get involved and lose their inhibitions. Iit was the highlight of our mental health awareness programme. Something so different, fun and beneficial to staff stress levels and overall health. Such a joy to have the trainer’s amazing energies with us!

Mind over matter Challenge was meticulously organized. It was very engaging and refreshing for all the participants. We received a series of positive feedback as to how these challenges have been impactful and energizing to kick start the day. Each Challenge was well thought out. There was a mix of fun challenges as well as fitness and a few of them made us all nostalgic.

Thank you for the immense support we received for executing this virtual event. We received support from your team at every point, from managing the breakouts to engaging the audience during the DJ session. The team was quick with responses and made sure at every step the communication was clear. We would like to thank each and every one of you for helping us executing this without any hitch.
