Harish Bijoor’s experiences with the corporate world and research on consumer behavior have given him a unique insight into brand building. His masterclasses are based on the knowledge and experience he has gained from decades of working with renowned brands in the FMCG, consumer durables, and telecom sectors. Some of the brands he has worked with include Taj Mahal Bru, Red Label, 3 Roses, Deluxe Green Label, Tripte, and Cafe.
He currently runs Harish Bijoor Consults Inc., a boutique consulting outfit with an international presence in London, Dubai, Hong Kong, Seattle, Istanbul, and India.
As an author, he has a well-known book, “Marketing Trends: Smart Insights into the World of Indian Business” to his credit. A second book on core branding titled “Brand Irrationals: A Fundamental Journey into Brand-Think” is in the process of being penned. He is also a regular contributor to industry publications on branding, sales, and distribution.
He is also an active researcher in the field of rural consumer behavior, rural retail networks, and trade mechanisms. His current undertaking is a 6-year research exercise covering 84,850 consumers.
Bijoor also takes time out to teach and speak on public forums. He has been a faculty member at the Indian School of Business for 20+ years. He also speaks on forums for general management, retailing, sales, techno-branding, and consumer behavior.
