Seamless Leadership Transition: Teleflex India’s New Leader Assimilation Program

Teleflex India engaged FocusU for a New Leader Assimilation program to help a newly appointed leader and his recently formed team build understanding and synergy. Working with the HR Business Partner, FocusU crafted a session grounded in “Fun at Work,” a core company value, and used the Emergenetics psychometric tool to provide a shared language for strengths and preferences within the team. This tool’s app allowed ongoing access to insights, supporting sustained team dynamics.

Conducted in FocusU’s experiential style, the session combined discussion with light-hearted activities, creating a relaxed atmosphere for meaningful insights. The workshop also included the “Hot Seat” exercise, giving team members a candid look into the leader’s personality, building bridges and humanizing leadership.
