A Health & Safety organization in Mauritius partnered with FocusU to strengthen collaboration among a nine-member team of officers who had limited prior interaction. The new head of Health & Safety, familiar with FocusU’s team-building expertise, sought an engaging solution to foster camaraderie, effective communication, and teamwork tailored to health and safety.

FocusU designed an in-person, full-day experiential learning workshop that incorporated ice-breakers and three main activities emphasizing situational leadership, planning, and the importance of good relationships.
