ChangeInkk: Upskilling 30 Neurodiverse Leaders through Experiential Learning

ChangeInkk partnered with FocusU to upskill 30 neurodiverse leaders on essential skills like storytelling, influence, design thinking, growth mindset, and critical thinking. Aimed at fostering inclusivity and empowerment, the program was designed with specific considerations to accommodate neurodiverse needs, such as avoiding time-bound activities, numbers, physical touch, and loud noises.

The three-day journey included Instructor-Led Training (ILT) workshops and Learning Management System (LMS) reinforcement. Each day focused on different pillars: nurturing a growth mindset, influencing through storytelling, and applying design thinking to solve real-world challenges. On the final day, participants learned strategies for influencing without authority using the Cohen Bradford Framework.

An Action Learning Project followed, where participants applied newly acquired skills to address workplace challenges, supported by mentors and periodic check-ins. Participants reported plans to integrate their learning into stakeholder interactions, team building, and daily tasks. Feedback was positive, with the program rated an 8.4 out of 10 for the learning experience and 8.8 for recommendation likelihood. This initiative enabled participants to apply practical skills to enhance both personal and organizational growth​.
