Axis Bank engaged FocusU to launch its new sales incentive plan through an F1-themed Team Engagement Workshop designed to captivate participants. Inspired by Formula 1 racing, the program highlighted critical success factors such as execution, teamwork, and collaboration. The centerpiece was a customized “Soapbox Challenge,” where participants formed smaller teams to build and race F1-style carts.

The challenge unfolded in two stages. In the Build Stage, teams assembled their carts from scratch, learning the importance of precision and cooperation. In the Racing Stage, selected drivers raced in a relay format, with a Pit Stop Challenge requiring quick changes of drivers and tires. This structure added excitement and authenticity, concluding with a prize distribution to celebrate team achievements.

Feedback highlighted the high energy, hands-on approach, and FocusU’s seamless execution of the event.
