- The Everything DiSC® workshop is a half- or full-day immersive experience.
- The workshop is preceded by an online assessment that uses adaptive testing to help people understand their behavioral style, preferences, and tendencies in areas such as dominance, influencing, conscientiousness, and steadiness.
- Participants receive their personalized profile with insights about their unique DiSC style, needs, and strategies for engaging with others.
- In the workshop, through a mix of activities, sharing and reflection, participants gain a better understanding of the framework as it applies to themselves and learn to appreciate and value the different perspectives and approaches of others.
