Gen Neeraj Bali (Retd)

Maj. Gen. Neeraj Bali (Retd), Sena Medal, is an Indian Army veteran, an experienced leadership trainer, and a certified Life Coach and professional speaker. He leverages the best practices he learned through four decades of experience in the Indian Army and crafts them to inspire corporate leaders through motivational keynote sessions.

As an Army officer, he served in Jammu & Kashmir (J&K) for ten years and at all the major borders of India multiple times. He commanded an anti-terrorist Rashtriya Rifles Battalion in J&K at the height of terrorism and was awarded the Sena Medal for his gallantry. As a brigadier, he led the first Indo-US exercise at the strategic level. He retired as GOC, Dakshin Maharashtra Sub Area, Pune.

During his career, Major Gen Bali (Retd) taught in the Infantry School at Mhow, Indore, the Defence Services Staff College at Wellington and the Army War College at Mhow. He has also served in Lesotho, Southern Africa, as Security Advisor to the Government and leader of the Indian Army Training Team.

He has designed and conducted several original Leadership Development Programs. These include: The Manager-Warrior Program, The In-Command Program and The Scholar Warrior Management.
