Business Simulations

"We learn by example and by direct experience because there are real limits to the adequacy of verbal instruction" - Malcolm Gladwell

Think about it and you may find it quite intriguing:

Pilots before they ever fly a real aircraft spend hours honing their skills on a Flight simulator,
Doctors, much before they operate on anybody spend hours working on cadavers (urggh!),
In the military, it is a standard operating practise to run war games, as a way towards preparedness,
And yet, in the business world, running simulations is NOT standard practise yet.

But what if you could actually put your team through simulations that engage them in real life scenarios & decision making that challenges them to take real time business decisions without the costly implications?
