Rakesh brings in over 11 years of rich experience across corporate sales and marketing, product management, business development and facilitation. He has honed his customer engagement capabilities and business management skills during these years spent in corporate sales and marketing at leading corporates, his last sting being as the Country Product Manager for Hewlett Packard.
Rakesh holds a graduate degree in Electronics and Communication engineering and a Post Graduate Degree in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He is accredited in administering the Myer Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) profiling tool as well as the FIRO B instrument and is an avid follower of trends in behavioural sciences. Rakesh is also one of the few certified Facilitators for the path breaking Lego Serious Play methodology in the country today. His passion and high energy are some of the things his clients like about him.
He is also an avid sports follower, being an amateur snooker and cricket player and having a keen interest in following a variety of sports. Other interests include reading fiction: military strategy and adventure being his favourite genres. Innovation is a key interest area for Rakesh and he has facilitated innovation based interventions for leading corporates.
