We acknowledge that we are not the cheapest vendor for such services in the market – and whenever customers decide to go with us, the premium that they pay is a sacred trust that they place on us.
We hold ourselves deeply accountable to live up to that faith – every single time. And for us, this is not a marketing gimmick or just words on paper – this is our unconditional promise & commitment to our customers.
What this means is that, at the end of a workshop, should a customer come up to us and say they are not satisfied with the FOCUS experience, for whatever reason – we will not charge them a single rupee in fees. The only thing that we would ask of them is to give us a detailed feedback for our own improvement.
