Unleashing Everyday Leadership: Reed Manch Exhibitions’ Immersive Leadership Development Workshop

Reed Manch Exhibitions partnered with FocusU for a leadership development workshop aimed at helping team members explore the concept of “Everyday Leadership.” Designed to be relatable and practical, the workshop was anchored around “The Leadership Challenge” framework, avoiding complex models in favor of real-life applications.

Participants began by sharing personal stories of their best leadership experiences, which naturally highlighted the “Five Behaviors of Exemplary Leaders.” This approach underscored the idea that leadership is accessible to everyone and can emerge in everyday actions. Through a blend of introspection, experiential activities, and storytelling, participants discovered how to bring out the leader within themselves.
