Driving Innovation: An Experiential Workshop for Pepsico’s Global Value Innovation Center
PepsiCo’s Global Value Innovation Center (GVIC) collaborated with FocusU to conduct an Innovation Workshop for its team focused on developing disruptive innovations in capital equipment. The challenge was to inspire a high-performing team, known for designing solutions around customer needs, with fresh innovation perspectives. FocusU structured the workshop around IDEO’s “10 Faces of Innovation” framework, providing an experiential platform where team members could learn, practice, and implement new concepts.
The interactive format allowed participants to explore and “munch over” various ideas before deciding on practical, relevant applications. The approach encouraged the team to adopt innovative strategies that could be integrated into PepsiCo’s global operations.
