FocusU partnered with Lenovo’s Finance Leadership Team to address challenges related to collaboration, prioritization, and aligning strategic goals through an immersive two-day workshop. The program, titled “Prioritizing and Driving Organizational Success Through Innovative and Action-Oriented Leadership,” aimed to foster creativity, communication, and strategic thinking.

Day one focused on building foundational team collaboration through Kolb’s Learning Styles and experiential exercises, enhancing internal communication and cohesion. On the second day, participants engaged in strategic visioning using the Lego Serious Play (LSP) methodology, creating 3D models that represented Lenovo’s vision and goals. This innovative approach encouraged diverse perspectives, deep insights, and collective strategy development. The team produced actionable strategies, including gamified onboarding and an AI buddy system. The workshop’s outcomes included improved collaboration, a shared vision aligned with company goals, and new perspectives to drive innovation and success.
