Deepa has done her Masters in Bio-Technology and holds a diploma in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
With over 10 years of experience in Customer Service, Collections, US Healthcare, and Talent Development with organizations like Genpact, Agilent Technologies, and Aon - she has dawned on numerous hats over time. Prior to joining Focus U, she was an independent trainer and delivered sessions on Personal Effectiveness, Managerial Effectiveness, Customer Service, Campus to Corporate, Prevention of Sexual Harassment, among others. The desire to work in an organization free from office bureaucracy and work culture of warmth and friendliness lead her to Focus U.
Her strength lies in her ability to put people at ease during conversations. She strongly believes in the NLP principle that every behavior has a positive intention. What keeps her going is a simple motto to learn something new and to never stop investing in oneself. To quote one of her favorite fictional characters - “When the door you have been knocking at finally swings open, you don’t ask why. You run through.”
She makes time for the little things in life such as spending time in nature, taking care of her dogs, and reading; Because,
