Arnold brings over a decade of experience including Service, Retail, Travel, Telecom and ITES industries.

His love for training spans over 10 years. He has facilitated more than 200 workshops and has touched more than 6000 lives through various training and facilitation interventions. He has worked in various aspects within the Learning & Development function with the core objective of enhancing capabilities, skills or competencies essential for employee and organisational development.

Arnold has expertise handling senior management teams and has done so for companies like Winwire, BCG, Deloitte, Google, Novozymes, etc. He has received numerous awards and accolades for his work however he simply quotes, "Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much."

He likes reading and loves travelling. While at home he loves spending quality time with his wife and daughter. He also creates his own stop motion animation videos just for fun.
